Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please email info@marihair.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and clear pictures if necessary.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@marihair.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Kindly include your order number and photos of the item for faster assistance.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been used, opened, or tampered with for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
